Thanks to everyone who participated in our Clean Sweep

There is certainly a lot less litter strewn about the streets of Westchester after our fantastic volunteers swept through town on May 2!

The Boulevard Gardens project began with the idea to plant small gardens at the ends of each median. That evolved into the suggestion to let people "adopt" the gardens. Each garden is marked by a plaque that recognizes a family or business.

We soon found ourselves digging dozens of garden plots over the entire summer. We were thrilled the project took off as successfully as it did.  Read more

The Westchester Community Image Council is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to enhancing the look of our village and promoting community pride.

Our projects include public gardens, clean-up efforts and other events.

We're residents and businesspeople who want to see that our town's appearance reflects the many qualities of life that already exist here. We hope you will join our efforts through membership or other monetary donations, volunteer work, or any other types of contributions that may help us reach our goals.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Please read more about our directors, mission and supporters.
